In 2018, we started producing products in the field of Frozen Patisserie. Thanks to our aim to combine quality products at an affordable price we soon became one of the leading producers of our country’s cake production. In line with corporate experience and customer expectations, we add lemonade and coffee to our range of products and also showcase the some effort and dedication for the beverage industry. With the support of our professional staff and experienced production staff, we strive to provide quality service to our valued customers as a result of our menu of 70 types of cake and our R&D activities that we aim to find the best. In line with our understanding of affordable and quality product production, we combine the best quality materials we have from trusted suppliers with skilled hands, and we offer you to our valued customers. In our plant, where we produce in hygienic environments we care a lot about food safety and we aim to do well by making the necessary investments all the time. In our microbiology lab we closely monitor every batch product produced by our repeated analysis. Without additives, we are completely quenching our pastries at -40 degrees and ensuring that they maintain their current status. We store our quenching cakes in our cold stores of -18 degrees and ship our daily products to our domestic and overseas distributors with special vehicles without disrupting the frozen chain.
